WHICH BRAND IS BEST? We sell a range of T Shirt Brands and Styles, there is a description of each T Shirt at the bottom of the Product Page. The Size Guide is also available in the Product Page as well. We are updating our Brands and styles continually to give our Customers the best options that we can offer.

WHAT IS THE QUALITY OF YOUR T SHIRTS LIKE? This is like all things the more you pay the better the quality. The Stedman T Shirts are an entry Level T Shirt that are what good Quality for the Price, but you will find the Quality gets better as you go up the Price Scale. We only stock T Shirts that we feel are value for money, there are a lot of brands that we do not stock and this is because we feel that either the price or Quality is not what we think it should be. Some brands that are available to us are not allowed to be sold undercoated, this is a decision that some wholesalers have made.

ARE THERE LABELS ON THE T SHIRTS? All of Our T Shirts have a label on them as required by Australian Standard that Care instructions must be supplied on all commercially sold garments,some of our garments have Quick Rip Labels that you can remove yourself, but we wont remove them.

I WANT A LOT OF T SHIRTS? We do volume discounts, 10+ – 5%, 20+ – 10%, 30+ – 15%, 50+ -20%. As you order the system will automatically work out your Discount. If you want a very large order you can talk to us and we will see what we can do for you. We also let you mix and match styles and Brands.

WHAT PAYMENT METHOD DO YOU TAKE? We accept Credit Card, Paypal we also have a Buy Now Pay Later option available.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING AND HOW LONG TILL I GET IT? We do flat rate shipping of $10.0 on all orders this keeps everything easy for you. We try to ship all orders we have on hand the next business day,  and order in the stock we need the next business day after you order, for large orders we will get your order dispatched to you directly from the wholesaler to save time. We send with Australia Post and Couriers Please, and for large local deliveries we may us a door to door courier we have no control of this process, Post can take up to a week for deliveries. We supply a tracking number for all orders so you can check where it is if need be.

CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER IN PERSON? Yes you can we have a local pick up option in the checkout, you will need to pick up your orders from our Shop at Shop 6 50 Hume St Norman Park QLD 4170, we are located 15 Minuets from the CBD in Brisbane on the South Side.

CAN I PURCHASE T SHIRT IN STORE? Yes of course you can. We carry stock of our main T Shirts in Black and White with a range of limited colours in store. Buying in store can even be better as you are not relying on the size chart and can try on the T Shirt for look and feel what they are like to get a good idea of what the differences in the T Shirts are.

CAN I RETURN MY PURCHASE IF IT IS THE WRONG SIZE OR I CHANGE MY MIND? We understand that purchasing online can be a difficult process, if you choose the wrong size we will allow you to return the T Shirt (at your own cost) for a replacement T Shirt in the same style in a different size. You will need to contact us before you return the T Shirt for a RA Number. We do not give refunds or exchange T Shirt because you change your mind. If there is a Problem with the T Shirt please contact us and we will work with you to get it correct. We will only exchange your T Shirt with one the same style as you have purchased. Please Do not Buy a Basic T Shirt and ask us to exchange it for an AS Colour T Shirt as this will not happen. We work on being fair and ask that you do the same. All Returns need to be unworn and unwashed, If A T Shirt has wear and tear and is returned we will not replace it and will send it back to you.

I DID NOT GET WHAT I BROUGHT? This happens very rarely. We will get you to return the incorrect item, once we receive it back we will credit you the price of the return Postage and send out the correct item to you straight away.

DO YOU CHARGE A RESTOCKING FEE? No we do not. But please be aware that we do not give refunds, and we only do exchange on your Purchase and only on a size change not for a change of mind. All Returns must be in a like new condition.


What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
We only charge $12.50 flat shipping, for orders over $125.00 shipping is free, we send via Australia Post or Couriers Please, Local Shipping is Free you just need to collect the Order from our Norman Park Store. We ask that you give us a week from order to allow for any delays we may experience from time to time, but this is usually the worst case. We try to ship the next business day where possible. If you need it quick let us know and we can see what we can do to help.
Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We have Choosen Lime Pay as our Buy Now Pay Later because we feel it is the most fair to our Customers.

How do you print my t shirt?
With the online service your T Shirt will be Digitally Printed (DTG), we also offer Screen Printing, Vinyl Transfer and Dye Sublimation are available as a service, if you need one of these methods used to print your T Shirt or apparel just drop us an email and we can send you a quote, or check our our Custom T Shirt Shop website.
How long will delivery take?
We try to print and ship the next Business Day Where Possible, we do only carry basic stock on hand and Order from our wholesalers Daily and ship your order as soon as we receive it from the Wholesaler, for larger orders we will have it dispatched directly to you from our wholesale.
How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?
We have installed a SSL Licence and keep it up-to date to make the experience Safe and Secure, this is another reason that we perfer PayPal, just to add to your Peace of Mind.
What exactly happens after ordering?
After you complete your order we Process the order which involves us saving your Invoice to our local server, we print your invoice, check off the t shirt we have in stock, order any outstanding T Shirts required, once all your order has arrived, we pack and ship it. We advise you when we have Shipped your parcel. Once your Order has been collected and shipped we Complete the order. For Local Pickup, we will complete the order once we have advised it is ready for Collection. It is quick and easy.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes we supply you with an Email Invoice. A Printed Invoice will also be sent were possible.
