Gildan are the staple of the garment printing industry with a good Style for a Standard T-Shirt that is a US fit. We have a new range of Premium T’s that are Great, the Soft Styling of Ring Spun Jersey Knit 100% Cotton, styled for the fashion forward customer, it comes in Normal Weight and Lightweight. Anvil T Shirts are lightweight and superior quality in a Euro style T Shirt. AS Colour are a Designer Style T Shirt that is soft and stylish.

WHAT IS THE QUALITY OF YOUR T SHIRTS LIKE? This is like all things the more you pay the better the quality. The Keya T Shirts are an entry Level T Shirt that are what good Quality for the Price, but you will find the Quality gets better as you go up the Price Scale. We only stock T Shirts that we feel are value for money, there are a lot of brands that we do not stock and this is because we feel that either the price or Quality is not what we think it should be.

ARE THERE LABELS ON THE T SHIRTS? All of Our T Shirts have a label on them as required by Australian Standard that Care instructions must be supplied on all commercially sold garments,some of our garments have Quick Rip Labels that you can remove yourself, but we wont remove them.

I WANT A LOT OF T SHIRTS? We do volume discounts, 10+ – 5%, 20+ – 10%, 30+ – 15%, 50+ -20%. As you order the system will automatically work out your Discount. If you want a very large order you can talk to us and we will see what we can do for you. We also let you mix and match styles and Brands.

WHAT PAYMENT METHOD DO YOU TAKE? We accept Paypal as we have found it the best method for online payments and due to their guaranteeyou can have peace of mind with your purchase.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING AND HOW LONG TILL I GET IT? We do flat rate shipping of $8.50 on all orders this keeps everything easy for you. If you need it fast we also have an Express Post Option. We try to ship all orders the next Business day, but from time to time we do experience delays due to our Stock Levels and volume of orders. If there is a delay we will let you know. We send with Australia Post and Fastway Couriers, we have no control of this process, Post can take up to a week for deliveries. we supply a tracking number for all orders so you can check where it is if need be.

CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER IN PERSON? Yes you can we have a local pick up option in the checkout, you will need to pick up your orders from our Shop at Shop 6 50 Hume St Norman Park QLD 4170, we are located 15 Minuets from the CBD in Brisbane on the South Side.

CAN I PURCHASE T SHIRT IN STORE? Yes of Course you can. we carry stock of nearly all of our t shirt in store. It can even be better as you are not relying on the size chart and can try on the T Shirt look and feel what they are like to get a good idea of what the differences in the T Shirts are.

CAN I RETURN MY PURCHASE IF IT IS THE WRONG SIZE OR I CHANGE MY MIND? We understand that purchasing online can be a difficult process, if you choose the wrong size we will allow you to return the T Shirt (at your own cost) for a replacement T Shirt in the same style in a different size. You will need to contact us before you return the T Shirt for a RA Number. We do not give refunds or exchange T Shirt because you change your mind. If there is a Problem with the T Shirt please contact us and we will work with you to get it correct. We will only exchange your T Shirt with one the same style as you have Purchased. Please Do not Buy a Basic T Shirt and ask us to exchange it for an AS Colour T Shirt as this will not happen. We work on being fair and ask that you do the same.

I DID NOT GET WHAT I BROUGHT? This happens very rarely. We will get you to return the incorrect item, once we receive it back we will credit you the price of the return Postage and send out the correct item to you straight away.

DO YOU CHARGE A RESTOCKING FEE? No we do not. But please be aware that we do not give refunds, and we only do exchange on your Purchase and only on a size change not for a change of mind.

 

What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
We only charge $5.50 flat shipping, we try to print your T-Shirts and Apparel as fast as we can and send via Australia Post or Fastways for local shipping. We ask that you give us a week from order to allow for any delays we may experience from time to time, but this is usually the worst case. We try to print and ship the next business day where possible. If you need it quick let us know and we can see what we can do to help.
Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?
We Perfer PayPal, this is to give the you Peace of Mind, When Purchasing on eBay use the eBay Checkout, this means you will not pay anything on the website,but we check against the eBay purchase before we print and if you order a product or order a product with this method and it is not purchased in eBay it will slow the process down.

We do Volume Discounts on 11 or more and 31 or more Email us for a quote.
How do you print my t shirt?
With the online service your T Shirt will be Digitally Printed (DTG), we also offer Screen Printing Dye Sublimation and Embroidery as a service, if you need one of these methods used to print your T Shirt or apparel just drop us an email and we can send you a quote.
How long will delivery take?
We try to print and ship the next Business Day but from time to time we experience delays due to a large volume of orders (usually around Christmas), or delays in receiving our stock from wholesalers, we will try and advise when this happens and give you an estimated delivery time.
How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?
We have installed a SSL Licence and keep it up-to date to make the experience Safe and Secure, this is another reason that we perfer PayPal, just to add to your Peace of Mind.
What exactly happens after ordering?
After you complete your order we Process the order which involves us saving your images to our local server, we print your invoice, check off the t shirt and set it to Printing, then we Print Your T Shirt, pack and ship it. We advise you when we have Shipped your parcel and a few days later we Complete the order. It is quick and easy.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes we supply you with an Email Invoice.
